We all know that natural is better. No sugar added is even better. Here are two items that are 100% natural and have no added sugar to sweeten their juice beverage. Most "Eat This, Not That" articles target popular items that are completely different in nutrition breakdown. I wanted to look at two products that are completely similar in how they are produced. Both of the products featured today claim to be made up of 100% Grapefruit Juice. Both are good for heart health and a good source for a serving of fruit. Hopefully, viewing the two products might entice you into making a better decision based on calories and sodium levels.
